Send a photo of a receipt. Type what you sold. See what you actually made. No app, no spreadsheet, no login.
Start on WhatsAppThe chat still shows as SnapBooks — same number, same service. WhatsApp limits how often a name can change, so BookSnappa lands there in a few weeks.
Six things to know. None of them take longer than a minute.
Tap the link, send one word. That is the whole signup — no app to download, no password, no forms.
The contact will say SnapBooks for now — that is us, mid-rename. It will also ask you to agree to the terms once, then never again.
Photograph any receipt, invoice, delivery note or petty cash voucher and send it. Handwritten is fine. Send twenty at once if you like.
You do not need to sort them, name them, or send them in order. Photograph the pile at the end of the week if that suits you better.
This is the step people miss, and without it there is no profit figure. Your receipts tell BookSnappa what went OUT. Nothing tells it what came IN unless you do.
Type it at the end of the night, or the next morning with sales 45000 yesterday. Got a POS system? Send the export file instead and it reads every line by itself.
One word. It works out food cost and wages as a share of sales, and what is left at the bottom.
Say report instead for a plain list of everything logged. Both work for any period: profit last month, report this week.
Reply to the message in your own words. You never have to send the photo again.
Or type review to see every entry beside the photo it was read from, and edit or delete any of them. Typed a sales figure wrong? Say undo sales.
If anything is confusing or the robot is not understanding you, say so. A human answers you in the same chat.
You never have to remember these — say help in the chat and it lists them.
